Participation and cancellation conditions

To participate in the anniversary conference, please register via our website. Payment is done directly upon registration. After your registration, you will receive a confirmation of participation, invoice and e-ticket by email. Please bring the e-ticket with you to the congress for a smooth registration.

Cancellation policy
Cancellation of a ticket is only possible by sending an e-mail to

If cancelled up to a maximum of 4 weeks before the event, the amount paid will be fully refunded.

In case of cancellation within 2 weeks before the event, 50% of the paid amount will be refunded.

In case of cancellation after 26 August 2022 or a no show on the day itself, you are not entitled to a refund of the entry fee.
